| YAY!!!! i P.R'd today i ran a 17.4 in the 110m hurdles i finally broke 18 but yea in the 300m hurdles im finally back to myself i ran a 44.8 if i wasn't injured i could of broke a 40 but well see what happenes but yea everyone who knows bout what was supposed to happen id didnt so dont ask me about it im soo frustrated an confused but yea im tired ttyl
